I purchased a scope that was never mounted. The scope has a 150 fixed parallax which not work with the VZ 457 I purchased from them. I guess they had a sign that stated no returns on scopes. I missed that. However, if someone spends a few grand at a location you would think that if a scope is useless for a build that was never mounted and brought back inside a few days of purchase that I was willing to pay more for the correct scope they would do it. Policy is not to do it. My policy is to spend my money where its appreciated. Again, nice staff, just not feel good about this deal.

Do not use this store if you are buying your firearm from out of state. Let me tell you why…read more First they lied to me about the required 3 day waiting period. They claim that the period starts when they receive the firearm from the out of state seller. This is false. Per the law the waiting period begins from the date you purchased it. Second, they lied again when they told me that days that they aren't open don't count towards the 3 days the law doesn't state that in any way. Finally and worst of all, when I went to up my firearm they weren't even open when their website and their posted business hours said they were. I called them the next day and their excuse was they closed early for a banquet. I asked if they could stay open 15 minutes late so I could pick up my firearm since they closed early the day before without warning and they said no. That is terrible service on top of the lies. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere there are other FFL's in the area that don't treat customers like this.

I decided to sell it cause I needed some money to get me through a rough patch. The most they would give me for the ring was fifty dollars. Being in a bind I rather reluctantly sold it. I went back next week thinking I could by the ring back and was astonished at how much they had marked up the price on the ring. They claimed all they could give me was fifty dollars for it now they had the same ring I sold them for fifty dollars marked up to over a thousand. Seems to me some pawn shop brokers really like to profit on other peoples misfortune by offering them next to nothing on what they need money for. Yes I know it's how they make money but some of them seemed to take pleasure in screwing people over for the simple fact that they know they need money and most likely the pawn shop is there last resort. Either way I have visited other pawn shops. Most of them weren't much better either. But they seemed to want to work with me better than Bo's ever did. Reconsider before doing any business at Bo's.
