I just gave em' away and forgot about it. I've purchased other ammunition here that was fine. So a couple weeks ago I bought three boxes of 10mm 220 grain .Hi-Tek coated Hard Cast ammunition. It won't cycle in my pistol, in fact it jammed a live round in the chamber. EPIC FAIL. I called and spoke with Justin who told me (A) I should have read more before I bought it from them and (B) They will not refund my cabbage because there is nothing wrong with their product nor will they replace it though I've been a long time customer. I will get rid of anything Underwood and never buy anything from these cheaters again. Shame on them! I suggest if you buy ammunition unless you prefer defective ammo, you shop someplace else, like say Double Tap or Buffalo Bore.

Do not use this store if you are buying your firearm from out of state. Let me tell you why…read more First they lied to me about the required 3 day waiting period. They claim that the period starts when they receive the firearm from the out of state seller. This is false. Per the law the waiting period begins from the date you purchased it. Second, they lied again when they told me that days that they aren't open don't count towards the 3 days the law doesn't state that in any way. Finally and worst of all, when I went to up my firearm they weren't even open when their website and their posted business hours said they were. I called them the next day and their excuse was they closed early for a banquet. I asked if they could stay open 15 minutes late so I could pick up my firearm since they closed early the day before without warning and they said no. That is terrible service on top of the lies. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere there are other FFL's in the area that don't treat customers like this.

But if, like me, you desire to always know the laws of each state, and you enjoy a good refresher, Five Rings Armory is great for the seasoned pro as well as the absolute beginner. Dave is friendly and well versed is all things "weaponry" related. It is obvious that he takes great pride in making sure his students understand the safety and precautions necessary when handling firearms. Once on the range, he and his team are meticulous and measured to ensure each firearm is secure and that each pupil does what is necessary for certification.
