(This review is for the "dental clinic")…read more WARNING: Do not come here if you have anxiety or medical conditions. The staff is wonderful, but the dentist was traumatizing and unprofessional. I'm giving this place 2 stars solely because the receptionist and the dental assistant were incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming. They are the only reason I didn't leave in tears sooner. However, my experience with the actual dentist was a nightmare that has left me terrified and in pain. I was very vocal about being a nervous patient and having Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), which makes me resistant to numbing agents. I explained clearly that I usually require more anesthesia than the average person. The dentist ignored me, gave me two standard shots, and looked at me like I was crazy when I said it wouldn't be enough. He even laughed when I told him my history. When he started drilling, I wasn't fully numb. Naturally, I flinched. Instead of asking if I was okay or administering more numbing agent, he got angry. He scolded me, claimed he "didn't even touch me," and then abruptly turned off the light and refused to finish the procedure. He told me to "go to Temple" and walked out. I looked at the dental assistant and said for the third time "see he really doesn't like me for some reason"... she just touched my arm and reassured me that's not the case and sighed and said that's it. He also refused to answer basic questions (like about a mouth guard) and gave me rude, one-word answers. I left with a half-numb mouth, an unfilled cavity, and a fresh layer of dental trauma. If you have anxiety, complex medical needs, or just expect basic human empathy, DO NOT GO HERE. Go to Temple or Penn instead, or if you're lucky or have a little extra money, get private dental insurance so you don't have to deal with places like this.

If I could give negative stars I could. This place is disgusting and filthy. In addition when my…read moredaughter went to sleep her belongings were stolen. She gave razors to the nurse upon admission only to be told the very next morning that they were gone. She was only there for four days and deteriorated to the point she had to be transferred to Temple to get proper care from skilled and qualified staff and physicians. She was transferred her from another hospital DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONE
