I have used them for boarding as well as grooming and have had great experiences with both. I…read moreboarded my two dogs for a week and loved that they have cameras in the play areas so I could keep an eye on them during the day. It was my first time using boarding and it definitely helped put my mind at ease. I really appreciated that they were able to groom my golden retriever as well so when I got home I got to pick up a clean, soft pup! I also liked that they let my two dogs share one "room" which not only made them feel safer being together, but saved me some money. Overall the cost for boarding was very reasonable. I just brought my newly adopted, 125lb Newfoundland in for a groom and they did such an incredible job, in a timely manner. It was $175 which is a good price for such a big, furry dog. Overall I have been very happy with their services!

NOBODY CALLED ME OR A VET. I dropped off a healthy pup. When I asked why she didn't call me she blamed another employee. I also found my dogs bag of food full on the desk where I left it- nobody fed her or even bothered to clean the vomit off of her. My active and friendly pup was afraid of other dogs the following day after daycare and would bark at other dogs (she NEVER barks). I picked up a totally different dog after only 7 hours at this place. To make it worse, I called a different daycare to sign her up elsewhere and they told me a lot of their customers had SIMILAR BAD EXPERIENCES at Unleashed. When I asked to speak to the owner they said no and that she would be in Monday. I texted the number it said to on their website and I was IGNORED. They treated my dog like crap, didn't feed her, and then refused to hear my concerns. this is absolutely unacceptable.

I asked the owner if she put a shock collar on him, and she lied. She said he was in his kennel the whole time, and it must've happened before I got there. Having never used a shock collar before, I researched images that could result in their abuse- what do you know, they matched perfectly. She put a shock collar on my dog, shocked the H outve him, then lied to my face.

I had absolutely (over) communicated with their staff via email, and in person how we wanted our 3…read moredogs to (pay the extra $30 ) do daycare during their 6 day stay. We have 3 very anxious dogs, that NEED daycare. We board our dogs often and we've never NOT included daycare. I have the email saying yes to daycare, and when we dropped them off, I verbally confirmed they were doing daycare daily. She verbally told me "yes." When we picked our 3 dogs up, I noticed the bill only said boarding... and when I asked the lady responded with "no, they didn't do daycare any of their days.".. I said we had asked for it via email (which I checked as soon as we got in the car- there was my email confirming daycare) and I KNOW I verbally asked when we dropped them off. We had our dog fixed 2 months earlier just so she could be in daycare. This was also the only boarding place I've ever used that didn't update us daily with pictures/updates as we were gone. I had emailed checking in on them and they responded "they're doing great". I will never board my dogs here again, and I am very disappointed in the lack of compassion and responsibility when I told them daycare was infact confirmed. When you have rescue dogs, and you know they don't do well with only boarding- and you go through the efforts to provide them with proper boarding/daycare- it's very frustrating when a business doesn't follow through.
