It took their two professional movers, with me assisting, 4 and a half hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment!! Because it took so long, I was charged almost $1,100. And they didn't even get everything in the apartment because I had to rush them as I knew I'd be charged a fortune if I didn't. The customer service over the phone & prompts of responses from our emails were amazing. On the day of our move we had a 3 men total to move all our belongings into a 26 inch moving truck. They were polite, respectful, handled our furniture & boxes w/ care & were quick. We do not recall our mover's name; 1 young man was short, very strong, organized, because we were impressed how he carried our heavy items w/ no problems. He told us he have been a mover all is life & definitely could tell. If any assistance was needed the other 2 mover's would call him over & or check in w/ another to ensure our was done properly. We will definitely recommend Pinks moving for moving services to all. Plus; you do not have to put a deposit down & can cancel your service w/o penalty. The company do not disconnect washer's or dryers so you would have to make sure that's completed ahead of time & hook them back up. A tip: ask for 1st time customer or home buying discount & if you pay w/ cash you would avoid the 5% credit card fee.

After they started the job and it became clear that the slab was 6" thick instead of the 3-4" they quoted, they let me know and did their best to fit as much as they could in the initial load. Needless to say, the additional thickness required a lot more work to break up and an additional load to haul off. Buyer beware!…read more Despite collecting a deposit 3 weeks in advance, Aaron showed up very late outside of the pickup window and had the gall to leave early + request additional compensation to return and finish the job since he overbooked his day. This is an additional charge that he wants on TOP of the fuel surcharge he snuck onto the final invoice. Now I have to bring a dolly and help my mother move the refrigerator Aaron + his crew left outside for her. Aaron is sharp enough to screw you, but not professional enough to manage his own books; spend an extra couple $$$ somewhere else and avoid working with this shyster.

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Quick Trip Hauling and Removal…read more(owner: Aaron). I booked them weeks in advance and paid a 50% deposit to move a refrigerator, washer/dryer, and mattress. The night before the move, I was informed of a last-minute $50 "fuel surcharge" for a 6.5-mile move--something never disclosed upfront. A revised invoice reflecting this was sent that same evening around 7 PM. I questioned the charge, but given the timing, I felt that pushing back too strongly could have jeopardized my move. On moving day, they were scheduled to arrive between 8-9 AM. At 8:30, Aaron called saying he was having truck issues and would be delayed no more than an hour. He ultimately showed up nearly two hours late, in a rented U-Haul, which immediately raised concerns. Once at my new home, he repeatedly rushed the job, stating multiple times he had another job to get to. When they couldn't get the refrigerator through the door, they left it in my garage and did not complete the job I hired them to do. Despite this, Aaron requested full payment and asked for a gratuity multiple times--on an incomplete job. I did pay in full, regretfully. Communication throughout was poor and misleading. A supposed three-hour time limit was never clearly disclosed in advance. Being significantly late and then rushing to leave early due to another booking is unacceptable. When my son followed up, Aaron was uncooperative and even referenced having "lawyers," which felt like an inappropriate attempt to intimidate a dissatisfied customer. Rather than taking responsibility, he offered to return the next day for an additional charge to complete the job--which is unreasonable given the circumstances. Overall, this was disorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful service. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company--this is not a professional moving experience.
