As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

The LED lighting in the locker area turns on and off automatically and can also be manually switched on or off. Lockers are available in two sizes: 3' x 3' and 4' x 3'. Each locker is approximately 3'7" high. You can buy a lock there or bring your own. As I have moved around the country, I have encountered several wine storage cellars over the years. Her positive attitude is contagious. She helped me with my storage needs. She was very thorough. She walked me through the property. The property is very nice. It looks brand new and extremely clean. It is centrally located, and unlike most climate controlled facilities. That one is actually cold inside. One of the things I noticed while touring the property was Renee knew all the renters that were on the property by name. I thought was wonderful. Throughout my three visits to the property to Renée was on site. One thing I will mention is being a store manager. I seen her personally with the cleaning cart and gloves on cleaning storage units cleaning as well as the facilities. As a manager myself, I thought her leading my example was amazing. She also checked on me to make sure I was doing OK because it was hot outside while unloading my U-Haul unit. She's very hands-on. She has a great personality. This store facilities is a very lucky to have her. I would highly recommend the facility based off of how clean it is, how well kept it, it's very centrally located in Phoenix. Deal directly with the owner of the rolloff. Not a middleman who in my case tried to say "technically, he's not responsible" because he doesn't own the rolloff.

I was looking for a recycling center that accepts soda cans, soda glass bottles and plastic water…read morebottles. This place only accepted my soda cans. They just don't accept plastic or glass bottles here. This place looks like a dump but the customer service is very fast and efficient. Most of the workers here are Spanish speaking so hopefully you can make out what they tell you. My Spanish is Sykes rusty so I only understood 5% of what they said. All in all, this was a pleasant experience. Obviously, you're not gonna get rich by recycling anything but it does give you some pocket change to maybe buy a lottery ticket or two. I don't recall what the exact redemption value was for bringing in your unwanted cans for cash but I got around 50 cents for maybe 1.5 lbs of soda cans. Almost enough for a $1 lottery scratcher. The workers here will unload your trunk for you and weigh it all and than give you the proper amount of money. Fast service and you don't even need to lift a finger besides opening your trunk that is. I'm from Hawaii and back home, you can actually pay a utility bill or cell phone bill with your recycling money. Not here in Phoenix, it's a totally different process here so I'm gonna start trashing all my recyclables instead. Hope this helps my fellow planeteers!!

I needed someone to help clean out my father's home after his passing, I looked online to find someone in the Scottsdale area and found Pinks Moving had great reviews and was rated in the top 10 for the area. The reviews were not exaggerated! This company is amazing!! They knew when I initially called I was upset and the driver knew when he got there, Jay was the kindest and most genuine person I've met in a long time and his partner Emellio was equally nice and caring. We did an initial walk through and they confirmed a couple of times throughout the morning before they took things out. They were very respectful and even offered to help my husband load things on our trailer. They were very efficient in how they worked and they packed the truck as tightly as they could. We always use family owned companies when we can, we too are small business owners, and they treated us like members of their family, including a hug from Jay before he left. I had an old bedroom set that I needed to replace so I contacted Pinks Junk Removal who immediately responded to my email and set up a day and time. Mikey and Manny showed up on time (with a curtesy call before they came) and removed my furniture quickly and efficiently. They were both super great guys and were professional and extremely polite. The price for the removal was less than two other companies I had gotten quotes from and I thought it was very reasonable. I am so impressed with Pinks! Prompt, easy communication for a quote and confirmation of pick up. Call ahead to let me know they were on their way. Mikey and Josh helped move the furniture - a couch downstairs and a couch upstairs. They were both so nice and friendly, and they handled the furniture with ease! They really made sure that they were careful in my home, especially as they brought the couch from the second floor down a tricky set of stairs. After we requested that our furniture be pad-wrapped for storage, we were charged $1,200 for 60 furniture pads at $20 each. Before work began, we were not given a written estimate stating the expected quantity or warning that wrapping could add approximately $1,200 to our bill. Our concern is not the wrapping itself, but the lack of transparency about the quantity and total material cost. A $20-per-pad price does not clearly communicate that approximately 60 pads may be used. A charge of this size should have been disclosed and approved in advance, rather than presented afterward as an unexpected surcharge. We asked Moving Team Six to review the charge and consider an adjustment, but did not receive the adjustment requested. Before hiring a moving company, get the expected material quantities, per-unit prices, total estimated costs, and approval process for additional charges in writing. This review reflects our experience and opinion. The lack of transparency and unexpected $1,200 surcharge made this experience particularly disappointing. I do not recommend hiring this company.
