Quick and efficient to choose date, time and even therapist; it's no wonder that these guys are doing so well in the middle of the City. V usefully has a little blurb on each of the treatments too so you don't have to go into the finer details of the difference between a brazilian and a runway bikini from your desk phone either... The other reason I like it is the treatment quality - they have this hot pink wax that makes the sensitive areas SO much less painful than I've had elsewhere (seriously, it was almost life-changing). Their hydradermie facial is my fave six-monthly treat when I want to be good to myself - feels like you have a new face. Had a v therapeutic back massage here once too which was less candles-and-whale-music and more working the hell out of my shoulder knots. They also do IPL, nails and some men-specific treatments I think. Note they'll take a deposit when you book evening and weekend appointments. I've found all the therapists really friendly and happy to talk you through things/give advice if you want it. I sent a male friend here once too and heard they put him nicely at ease. It helps that it's two minutes from my office but after trying a bunch of other places in London these guys have earned my customer loyalty - and the fact that I'm building up points towards free treatments on my loyalty card is no bad thing either ;)

The women who work there are all speaking Turkish, economizing on the pleasantries, because, baby, they are really delivering the goods. Women are getting polished with Turkish coffee, lathered with foam delivered from some kind of oversized cheesecloth tube. It's dynamite. If you've opted for a massage, then a massage you shall get, in a private room in most cases, and very thoughtful, personalized, and leaving you with a very dreamy relaxed yet energized feeling. I had a burn on my hand that my therapist was so concerned about she made that the focus of her care, making lots of recommendations about how to treat it, and lots of extra effort. Anyway, it was a 5 star experience in an affordable, authentic, really sweet caring package.
