In 2020, I bought a 2015 GE S70 Echo machine with new matrix probe. It is 5 years with the machine, and it functions perfectly. I required a "calibration certificate" for a industry sponsored medical research trial. They did this in a timely manner. When I was shopping around for a new machine, they let me Demo an GE E9 and the GE S70. I ultimately purchased the S70 and was able to do Strain and other functions that would have cost me double if I had bought the machine new. I have done business with them on more than once and making an expensive echo machine purchase required a bit of trust. When I bought a GE treadmill from them, and the belt broke after a month, then purchased the new belt for the machine. read more

I have ordered multiple echo machines and stress test machines from them. I have had only the best customer service and assistance. We even returned a stress machine after several weeks because we did not like the way it fit in the room and they let us switch it out for a different model without any problems. Their name is very accurate... as in Absolutely do not deal with them! There is Absolutely NO customer service. Do not believe anything that they tell you. Items ordered were shipped 2 months after order, when we were promised a 3 day shipping time. The pricing was inaccurate. If you need more proof of their underhanded ways - simply read their invoices - which have on them a legal disclaimer, stating that the customer shall pay for any and all collection and litigation costs. I felt like I needed to write a review as I looked at these reviews prior to purchasing with this company and it almost steered me away. I even asked the owner about these reviews and he gave me personal references in the state I live. I know that my situation may have been a little different for him as he had a handpiece that I needed but he wasn't sure if it worked. I was hesitant to pay for it before I made sure if it worked. He shipped it to me with the trust that I would pay for it if it worked, it worked great and he did it without me knowing and all of a sudden it just showed up!! I was recently in the market for an ultrasound machine for an imaging center i was opening. I called Absolute Medical and spoke with a gentleman named Errol who not only answered all my general questions, but also seemed to genuinly care about what I do and make sure I get exactly what I was looking for. He followed up in a timely manner, and when I went ahead with the purchase I felt extremely confident I would recieve exactly what I was looking for. I went with the Voluson 730 pro which included three probes. The machine arrived on time and was literally in like new condition. I understood that I was ordering a pre-owed unit so I was not expecting it to look this good but I was pleasantly surprised. After using the ultrasound machine for several weeks now, I cannot be happier and based on my research it seems I got a terrific deal on the price as well. I recently purchased a GE Logiq E9 ultrasound machine from Absolute Medical and had a wonderful experience which I thought I would share. I was a bit hesitant because I have never purchased refurbished equipment before and was afraid to inherit someone else's problem, but due to the declining reimbursements I felt that I had no choice. The unit which was refurbished and had a 1 year warranty was in pristine condition, the probes were like new and it had all the features that an original GE would have. Absolute Medical and Ashley Herschmann helped set up the machine, they worked with both my office staff and IT department, set up electronic medical records, EMR and Dicom and had 2 day GE training from GE.
