Supposedly he was at the hospital. One employee called him to see if he was on his way back & another gave me a form to fill out & took my insurance info. A sour, white haired old man came out with a box of splints & after fishing around in the box pulled one out & said come into one of the rooms. He proceeds to put the splint on my hand & when I tell him it's not right, not what the doctor wants he starts YELLING at me that the doctor is wrong, he's been doing this for 40 years, blah, blah, blah. I said you know what give me my paperwork I'm going someplace else. I walk out of the room into the main area & the other man hands me the rest of my paperwork. I said, "I can't believe how unprofessionally you are treating me. You don't have to yell at me". Sourpuss replies, "WELL YOU'RE YELLING AT ME!". I'm now thinking WTF I'm out of here. I said, "I'm calling my insurance company to complain" & sourpuss yells back at me, "GO AHEAD I DON'T NEED THE $25". This is NOT how a customer should ever be treated.

Dr DiPersia expertly built my strength and confidence back thru a step by step program. Each session built upon the last all the while adjusting and listening to my feedback about the "bumps in the road" that come from a fusion. He also prepared homework for me which focused on the root issues that led to the surgery and within 4 months I was back on my bike and now at almost 6 months post op I've built my endurance back to get in 4+hr rides and over 100 miles weekly.
