During this time they have missed appointments, not kept the commitments they outlined to me when signing the contract, and more disappointing than all of that is they did not make the customer experience their businesses top priority. Thankfully for my painting project, I went local with Rey and his team and could not be happier with the results. With Rey, you will not go through some automated message system to reach someone who knows nothing about you or your project besides what is written in a piece of management software. When you call Rey, he himself will speak to you directly and be with you through the entirety of the project. When estimating the project, Rey did this with me in person and provided a a quick and transparent quote. No hidden language, no gotchas, just honest and transparent communication about the cost of the project. Not only was this an easy process, but he came in under the cost of the rest of the competition! When I provided him the day and time I needed him to complete the work, he was on time and stayed until 8pm to ensure I did not have to come back in the morning to let him in the property. They were both so very nice and respectful, and went above and beyond what they were hired to do (a dresser was moved, only to reveal a big hole in the wall behind it. They located material to cover the hole, and installed it before they left). They did arrive in a hearse LLOL but that's just those guys - they are awesome!! :) My initial interaction with CertaPro was with Matt Gardner. Took him about 5 minutes to get the info he needed for the quote, and then we had a nice chat while he was working it up - hired them on the spot!! If you want quality, efficient and affordable painting done, I would recommend these folks 100%!!
