After 6 weeks I was back to doing squats, lunges, etc. Still have to be careful and watch what I'm doing but I feel like she gave me the knowledge of what to be aware of and what exercises to go back to if I was starting to feel anything again. My only complaint would be having to wear masks. I get it, it's a medical place and in the end it's their place so their decision. But, while working out, masks get awful real quick.
