Dr. Arnold Freedman is amazing. He pulled the tooth with absolutely no discomfort. He also did a bone graft with also no discomfort. He explains every part of the process to make sure you understand what he's doing. He is very polite and understanding. For the first time I felt comfortable with a dentist. When I asked the front desk for a time estimate during my wait, I was dismissively told "you're next" without any apology or context. Even when the hygienist finally called my name, there was no acknowledgment of the fact that they were running an hour behind. The worst part was during checkout. When I asked the assistant if an hour-long wait was normal for this office, she completely ignored my question and just continued asking if a noon slot worked for my next visit. When I requested an earlier time specifically to avoid another massive delay, she condescendingly asked, "Are you sure you can come in that early?" It is incredibly frustrating to have your time disrespected and then be met with an attitude when you point it out.
