Dr. Arnold Freedman is amazing. He pulled the tooth with absolutely no discomfort. He also did a bone graft with also no discomfort. He explains every part of the process to make sure you understand what he's doing. He is very polite and understanding. For the first time I felt comfortable with a dentist. Gina's story about this bill changed whenever I asked her a question. Something simple like, "When did you send me an initial bill? We couldn't send it because your primary never responded to the bill we submitted to them so that we couldn't bill the secondary insurance. Then how can I pay a bill I have yet to receive an invoice for? Then, we spoke to you on the phone and told you this information. We tried calling you. Why would I ignore dental bills with 2 dental plans? She told me to have the insurance call her, but they will not pay because it's 2 years later. So why are you wasting my time with useless information?
