The supervisor and sales rep have both been to my home to verify the incomplete work. technician also blew insulation to my drip pan which a backup in my A.C. drip pan which eventually leaked into my master bedroom and made the ceiling claps. They have returned to removed the wet insulation which is still in front of my hose since 9/16/21 and remains there to this day. I have called everyday since for some sort of resolution and the company have not responded to one call. They have since showed up to make repairs and for 5 months the work has been poor. This is the first time I have shopped for myself (to get my home ready to sell). Yes, I was content with my Formica counter tops for all of these years! My home is a coastal one and my heart was set on Fantasy Brown hard marble/dolamite/quartzite and often referred to as granite. I wanted stone with gray green blue veining & two slabs not less than 117" in length. Not an easy task. Corine at Triton Stone Group stuck with me and text messaged photos of every stone they had that might work, then updated the texts along the way until a photo of slabs she sent was close to perfect so I trekked from Virginia Beach to Portsmouth to see the slabs in person. The slabs were just what I was after and finally my exhausting search was over! I cannot say enough about how wonderful and kind Corine was to me throughout this entire process. As a business woman who deals with a lot of different people in various businesses, I was blown away by how patient and persevering Corine was. In fact, I don't think I've ever dealt with anyone that accommodating. I learned that Triton has warehouses in Raleigh & Richmond that they can pull stones from to be shipped to Portsmouth. Corine connected me with one of the staff in Raleigh who was kind enough to text photos of slabs there that might be good matches for my goal. (Kudos to Ms. Yosra in Raleigh who wonderfully & patiently assisted Corine in helping find the perfect stone.) At a time when customer service seems to be lacking across all types of businesses, this excellent experience reminded me of the kind of customer service provided in the good ole days. I give Triton Stone the highest possible recommendation and especially Corine and her Raleigh associate, Ms. Yosra, for going above and beyond what I ever expected.

We started working with Prosource in early March at the recommendation of a local independent…read morecontractor to check out flooring, cabinets and countertops for our kitchen remodel. We stopped in on a Saturday and spent most of our time browsing floor options. We worked initially with Alexandra, who was very helpful when looking at photos of our home. She was very informative when it came to styles and options and allowed us to check out several samples to take home. Before the end of our visit, she referred us to another associate to discuss counters and cabinets. He was initially very helpful as we looked at options to fit our budget and space. Eventually, we went with another manufacturer for custom cabinets, so we were now considering only countertops with Prosource. Fast forward 3 months - we found another material we liked at Superior Marble in Portsmouth, which Prosource also carried. We were excited to learn that they could provide and install for nearly $3k less than Superior and with a faster turnaround time. When it came to getting the invoice and contract from the associate at Prosource, he became harder to get hold of. He would promise information and never provide it; would not return emails or phone calls or would do so weeks later. We had to send multiple requests via email and phone for composed estimates and paperwork to sign and to schedule the templating. He ended up leaving the company and we got passed around to 3 or 4 other people to help us with templating the countertops and scheduling installation. Of note, they also requested payment in full to even get scheduled. We paid and got on the schedule for a month later (Jul 30th). After template, it was 2 1/2 weeks to install (Aug 18th). They had a subcontractor complete the template and installation - Mike - and he was great to work with. We did have some issues after installation - sharp edges, a stain and a slight chip after installation and he returned within 2 weeks to take care of those issues and make sure we were satisfied, which we are! Other than the back and forth with associates @ Prosource which were a slight headache, I have no hesitation recommending the product we purchased. We saved a good chunk of money, but it came at the cost of a wait, which was overall worth it. I would consider returning when we renovate our bathrooms in the near future.

Other suppliers purporting to carry it on special order never called me back.
