They have a big pets department and showroom and see to carry parts most places have to special order and you have to wait a week to get.

Scrap/trash: We utilize KCMO's large trash pickup and while they have skipped it a time or two, it's pretty good overall. Thursday we were told a new one would be in by the following Monday and we could swap it out. Monday when we called to see if it was in we were told the new owners were not honoring old warranties. No call to notify us while she waited in her hot house for 5 days. Michael the manager and Vicky the purchaser pointed fingers at who dropped the ball and there was nothing the owners would do to help us. Horrible customer service. Between him and the lovely lady who called after this review was originally posted I would say they are a good quality company. Kenny was just a poor representation of the company. I will reiterate they were cost friendly. Original review- Hands down would not recommend this company especially if Kenny shows up at your door. I decided to use this service for the first time because they were reasonable on price. However Kenny the technician was over an hour an 10 minutes late for the initial show time frame. Then in addition to that he took over 5 hours to complete 3 rooms and a stair case. The guy appeared to be on some sort of drug. He claimed he was being thorough and talked the company up extensively. However the truth is he left several marks on our walls with his equipment being knocked around in addition to putting tiny holes through it in some places. In addition to that he went into rooms we asked him to stay out of looking for God knows what. The carpet was also left with some stiffness and a film which we were told wouldn't happen with the chemicals they used. Save yourself the hassle of having your whole day taken up and additional damage done to your house and choose another service.
