First they gave extremely clear explanations of the different tints, and followed up with clear answers when you asked questions, which is always a huge plus. Second, I was on a time crunch and even though I messaged them the day before I was trying to get in, and they were full up they had me drop off the car so they could work on it for me. Professional job with amazing results. The only negative thing I have to say is that it appears they lost the emissions sticker to my vehicle, not sure how I am going to deal with that back in my state but it'll get figured out at some point. My family does not recommend Blades HVAC. We have a geothermal system that had a slow leak at the…read morecirculation pump. On the pump housing, Blades put a service sticker with their phone number, approximately three inches from where the leak was happening. I thought great, I will call them and they will take care of it. When the service technician came out, he took a look at where the leak was and said that they do not service geothermal loop pumps, and charged me $125 to come say that; he was not even here ten minutes. I told him that I felt that I was being ripped off because I had described where the leak was, and they still sent someone to tell me they don't work on that part. The tech said I could take that up with the office. I called the office to describe that I would leave a critical review because of my experiences with them, and give them a chance to make it right. The guy in the office literally laughed at me and said something to the effect that just because a sticker was on the part doesn't mean they service that exact part. Their four-hour service windows without updates make it difficult to plan when they may be able to come out. Had to reschedule a prior service call because the technician did not come out until about 12:15 when they had given me a window from 8-12. I do not recommend using Blades HVAC. Said it might take 1-2 weeks to get part for repair. The heat wave over the holiday weekend was feels like 104 each day. Monday I called early in the day to see if they could get us a window unit. I was told they have window unit, but no one to deliver it. We are a senior couple not feeling any love from Above and Beyond. Sorry we signed a service agreement.
