This is illegal since it blocks any drainage. Instead of coming back and fixing the problem that they created, the owner wanted to charge me more money to take care of it. I have videos of them bringing one of the bundles from the front yard with a bobcat to the fence and dumping it over the fence. If it wasn't for the cleanup aspect , they would be getting a 5 star rating.
