Aubrey's Tree Service & Landscaping was here today to grade our back yard and put down top soil. I was a little late getting the project started but Mike Sgueglia, the project manager who came to give me the quote got right on it and was able to get it done within a few days. The crew, led by Jason the foreman, did an amazing job at getting the yard level so that now when ALM comes next week to do the slit seeding there won't be dips and hills that caused lots of issues with the grass growing. The low spots were caused by trees that either fell or were taken down over the many years we have been here. The crew worked from the time they got here at 8:00 a.m. until they left around 2:00 or so (taking a lunch break in between of course). Jason and his crew were very careful not to tear up the Verizon lines that run in the back of my yard as the lines are not very deep into the soil. I now have soil that is level with my concrete patio and which slopes down to the yard. Yay! Mike and Jason are very professional and every text message or phone call that I sent to Mike was answered or returned immediately. I hired Aubrey's Tree Service and Landscaping to repair my sprinkler system, redesign my existing overgrown flower beds. I also had them remove a very large oak tree. I was so impressed with everyone one I dealt with. Mike, Lee and Richard were all amazing. Richard and his crew took down my huge dying oak tree, ground the stump and clean up in about two hour flat. Lee replaced my previously broken sprinkler lines, and sprinkler heads and also replaced my controller. He explained to me in detail how to use the new controller. He was very fast and efficient. Mike Sgueglia is an incredible landscape designer. He totally redesigned my existing flower beds and added a new one. He took out all of the old mulch and dug out the roots. He put in a variety of beautiful perennials, fresh mulch and stone. My flower beds have never looked so beautiful. Mike also followed up with a phone call to see if I had any question for him. He accomplished all in a day. All of Aubrey's staff and associates that I dealt with are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They strive to make sure you are satisfied. Best company in the business by far and they are the only one I found that were accredited with the Better Business Bureau. I needed 12 trees removed, stumps grinded, and 5 additional trees needed to be limbed up. I had previously hired 2 other companies and both of them backed out days before the work was to be done. I received a flyer in the mail for Aubrey's and I called them up. Their phone receptionist was 100% professional and Aubrey met me at my home a few days later for an estimate. Aubrey gave me his professional opinion on the work requested and gave an honest price. He was respectful and professional. Aubrey had his crew out a week later and they took care of business and worked incredibly fast and proficient. They arrived around 7:30 AM and were finished by 3:30 PM. They did an amazing job! IMPRESSED!!! Aubreys cut down three large trees and trimmed a large oak On our property..very near the house. I can't express enough how great of a job they did! One could never even tell now that trees were ever there! the site was perfectly cleaned and graded! The crew showed up exactly as promised. They rolled up with various types of equipment...dump truck, chipper, (not sure of the names of other pieces lol) and went right to work! They seemed to work as a great team as I saw workers go from one task to another and assist each other. I noticed that all safety protocol was followed and hard hats were always on! I had tried to cut down a huge limb that was hanging over and in front of my house by myself. At some point I recognized that I needed a professional to come tackle the job. If I could give Aubrey's Tree Service more stars I would! I needed 7 dead or dying large trees taken down, removed from the property, and the stumps ground before the Hurricane season got fully started. The ATS team did a very efficient and OUTSTANDING job in performing the work, including doing the work in some tight spots between a fence, a pool, and a pool house. They did all they could to minimize the impact to the surrounding lawn even though they were required to use some heavy vehicles to safely and professionally complete the job. I watched this company's team remove numerous trees from my neighbor's yard today. They've been out here since around 0630 and it's 1730 now.....they're still working!!! These guys have no quit in them. To me, the real star of the show was the Bobcat! That thing is absolutely the work horse of the crew. These guys are efficient and clean up as they go so they don't leave a mess. Another neat toy they have at their disposal is the remote controlled stump grinder. It's pretty cool to see how it works. Aubrey came to our home and gave us a quote for a large tree that was damaged by lightening the day after we requested it. The tree was located between two driveways and very close to our house . Two days later, our tree and stump were safely removed . We are so impressed with Aubrey and his entire crew. They explained the process , removed our tree as well as our neighbor's large tree including both stumps , then cleaned everything up. They even blew debris off the street. We have two large River Birch trees which we love. They were in need of major trimmiing. One of trees had aproblem from limb which had broken off. We spoke with several tree companies and they all said the tree should be cut down. That was unacceptable to us. Aubrey came by and said he could save my tree. I felt very confident in him. He gave me a very fair price. When I came home I was amazed how perfectly they trimmed they were and how clean my yard was. It was actually cleaner than I left it. My lawn irrigation pump failed after 20 years of hard work. Aubrey's irrigation tech was able to get the pump up and running, but after 3 months it failed again. Aubrey's irrigation tech Fred Garrett came back out and provided a very reasonable estimate for the replacement pump and labor. Fred performed the pump replacement in my raised crawl quickly and did a great job cleaning up without any damage to my moisture barrier. He made sure the pump ran perfectly and checked my sprinkler heads for optimum coverage. This is a very reliable company that I highly recommend. read more
