As an attorney with over 15 years of law firm and in house experience, I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism from an attorney. Her behavior and lack of any empathy or awareness give lawyers a bad name. She was condescending in person in 2020, when we came in to wet-sign our documents. After some abuse, we called her out on her tone and conduct, and she duly apologized. Six years later, it's disappointing to see that she has made no effort to improve her conduct over the years. We recently asked for copies of past estate documents; rather than respond with a simple and professional "I didn't retain them past X time period" her response included verbatim "I am sorry I cannot meet your deadline. I am too busy. Further, I do not appreciate messages from AI. I am too busy to decipher." Contrast this to our Colorado attorney: "It's nice to hear from you, I hope you're doing well. We do not have the signed copies of your original documents. You can click here to access unsigned copies of your documents (the password is the last 4 digits of the phone number we have on file). All I needed was to wait to file my case for another 2 months. From there, I opted to cancel his service and I only got partial of my payment. He and his team (Megan) lacks communication. It takes weeks for either one of them to get back to you. Megan had all my paperwork all wrong. More than half of my claims were missing for the filing and she says "I didn't look through all of them." What am I paying you for?!? Would NOT recommend their service.
