It's been over 5 yrs now that the business was turned over to Rodney Jr.. it's been aweful for what he has done to good people and to our customers as well. We never expected this to ever happen . Totally unreliable took a large sum of money from me on deposit to plan and complete an improvement to my well system and never showed up to even complete the plans let alone the work attempted to recoup my down payment but the owner of Absolute (ABC) Water Solutions out of Brier Hill, NY 13614 never acknowledge my request nor made any attempts to contact me to do so. I filed for a judgment in small claims court in Ogdensburg, NY 13669 and was granted such judgment. Rodney is quite possibly the worse business person to ever exist. He sold my mother a $7000 Water Filtration system for a sub 900 sq ft house with 1 bathroom/shower and a single sink. He promised the world and delivered what could only be described as a nightmare. After installation the faulty system flooded the entire bathroom which ended up needing to be completely demolished down to the floor boards, $60,000 later, an entire new bathroom, the with the same system in place it over burdened her septic which then also needed to be replaced. Calls emails and texts to the company, his personal lines, and his multiple other shell corporations and he refused to do any warranty work, he blocked her number after signing both a work contract and hand writing that he warranties his work for 3 years anywhere he could. This company is a scam, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this man or any company that he operates, unless you want faulty equipment and no recourse other then Civil Claims Court. He wont even show up to court when you do sue him. He's too busy in Florida with his family to show up, and even better luck getting paid. He says you can't get blood from a stone, while living the high life with his ATV and Snowmobile collection to rival many dealerships. Rodney quoted me a whole house UV system Viqua UV Max. He came to install it on November 17, 2021, while I continued to work on the house I am building. He finished, I paid him in full. Later in the day when I finished my work I went in the house and read the owners manual. It was then that I realized he installed a much lower end up system model Vh200-f10 and did not install the sediment filter he quoted. I called him back that night and told him that I know what he quoted and I know what he installed and that I wanted what I paid for. He assured me that he would make it right by replacing my system and providing the sediment filter. I have chased him down every week since November and finally got him to commit to install my system on March 12 at 10:30 Am. He never showed up and he is not returning my calls. This guy is a terrible business man with a million excuses. It's never his fault. I read another review From 2019 that said he couldn't Fix a problem for a customer because his father died. One of the Excuses he used with me in 2021 was that he had to travel to Florida to visit his father who was ill. How is this possible if his father died in 2019? Avoid this guy at all costs read more
