Wow, where do I begin ?! I have been storing my pontoon here for nearly 9 years. Then three years ago I got a second boat and of course I leave it here also. The location is perfect, you can come in through the CA side then run to Laughlin from the AZ side, in a straight shot or jump right back on the 40 to go to Havasu. Of course that's convenient but the Manager Gerold so professional ! Always on time! Always responsive! He truly is a good person and cares about the people not just the boat boat. Most of us leave the boats here and come in from out of state and when I need to make sure I have someone pick it up for maintenance he's always there to help me out, gets them buzzed in and out then of course gets it back in right away. I know I can always trust him and that's so important when you're doing things from far. Long story short, Great price ! Great location and truly people who care , and that is the most important part! The only place I'll leave my things. It's a must ! read more

Our boat has been stored here for 3 years and it's always pulled out right when we need it. Service is amazing and they also offer boat detailing. It's very convenient for us to call ahead of time and get the boat detailed before we want to take it out on the water. Highly recommend! read more

We have been a long term customer of Abstract Storage. During the last 3-4 years we have had nothing but top notch service from Gerold and his assistant manager Richard. They have always accommodated our schedule and needs and do everything they can to make your experience go smoothly as possible. Besides the service I thought originally that Gerold own the business but he informed me differently, I only had this impression because he handles his customers as if he was an owner and that says a lot. I have had my two boats stored here for 7 years. I have to say, I have never been more impressed with a single location in all the years I have done business with any one place . They are top notch and are incredibly reliable! The staff here is always willing to help and go above and beyond ! If you need to store your boat close to the ramps where you want to be able to have peace of mind knowing they will come through for you this is the place. I have never had an issue with Abstract. The GM is really such a good person and he knows everyone in town, always sends me to great people around town when I need work done on my boat. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING BUSINESS! I never write reviews but this has to be done GEROLD is The Man! We currently have a 29' Nordic stores with them and 2 jet skis. We are so blessed to have found this place. We were recently dropping off our boat and skis and our truck broke down in a 121 degree heat while we rented a car he made sure we were hydrated cool and even fed my family snacks! If you want to be ripped off by employees that are employed by this facility, then leave your boat with them. Paid an employee to work on my stereo system, paid for the equipment, he took the money and ran. The company knew he was making deals on the side. After he was fired, for unknown reasons, the company took the stance that he did it all on his own and that they are not going to help out the 3 families that were affected by this Rouge employee. Abstract hired the man, employed him, knew he was making side deals, then said they would not help the people he stole from. They didn't even offer free storage in the amount of the damage? If I could give this place a 0 and shut down immediately I would. This so-called business is the most unprofessional, most disqualified, absolute worst place to store your boat. Been parking our boat here for a little more than a year and had problems ever since. We just picked up our boat only to find scratches and literal gouges in the body of our boat. Robert is one of the most untrustworthy staff of any business and pockets peoples money for own profit. Do not park your boat here unless you want terrible things done to your boat with no ownership to any problem at hand AND they also will probably take your boat out for a test ride once you drop it off till the next trip. This place used to be great when ran by Ed. Now price increases annually or more frequently are the norm. Under Ed, was paying $135 a month. Plus Ed was a wealth of information, and would help you get things fixed when you couldn't be there. Now my monthly fee is up to $175 a month. That's an extra $480 a year, for less service. I will be looking for other options. read more

From the moment I called to set up storage to now that I am removing my boat from their facility they have been awesome and professional! Only reason I am moving the boat is to be closer to where we usually camp. I will be paying $40 dollars more for where I am moving the boat too! I have had no issues with the boat upon pick up. What can I say other than Ed is surely missed. I had nothing but problems ranging from leaving my boat out for days after it was dropped off to not pulling the boat out because I called at 5:30 pm the day before. Several times my boat was not put on the charger. Overall horrible customer service. I was an original customer when ED opened up. I sure was spoiled with great customer service. I moved my boat over to Billy B's across the 40. So far so good. read more

Kim at abstract storage was very informative and friendly, I was very hesitant to leave my boat at just any storage unit but after talking with Kim and doing a walk through on site i felt I made the right decision by choosing abstract storage. Not only are there prices very competitive but I love the fact that I can drop my boat off of at any time of the day or night. Coming in from California sometimes I'm not sure what time I'll get into town. I highly recommend anyone looking for boat storage to use them. read more

And have changed free amenities the Ed use to Provide As soon as my current contract is up. I am Gone. Stay away from this place. They also own other Storage locations. Be careful. read more

Kim and Andrew were both so kind and helpful!! They allowed us to rinse down the boat and even provided soap after a long weekend on the river. A great deal for a well kept and secure indoor boat storage. The gravel type ground in the warehouse keeps the dust down too. They have great recommendations for all the services and stuff you need locally as well. Great spot! read more

Well, here we are again a year later. So the pattern continues. Another increase in storage price. So to summarize the impact, the owners have raised my cost $32 in the last 3 years. They sent the exact same letter as last time. They claim rising costs of services and products has made it necessary for them to raise the rent again. What's funny is if you look up the cost of living index for that area it is actually down .08%. Now I am up to $384 a year more (or a 32% increase over 3 years) than when I first started there with Ed. Mind you, he never raised the rates!! Needless to say, I am thoroughly disappointed. read more

Wow, what can I say?! First I talked to assistant manager over the phone and she was super friendly and helpful and patient. Got to meet her this weekend and her customer service was even better! All around great place. I have my boat there now and I had my friends haul up my ski, that broke down and instead of towing it back and forth to the casino I called and asked if I could leave it when I left my boat and I would pick it up before I headed home. They let me do that as well, such a great staff! I'm am all around super satisfied with this place!!! I recommend it! read more

AMAZING! I have never seen a storage facility so clean!!! The employees bend over backward to make everyone accommodated. Electricity in every building. Insulated beautifully. They even kept a little bit of water in my trash can in the RV so that it got humidity and didn't dry out. AND they are 1/2 mile from the river! I love this place! I love the employees!
