Avoid at all cost, booked my unit through their phone management company, thought everything was smooth over the phone, received my email with information on gaining access to my unit. Arrived at the storage site with my boat ready to be dropped off and head back home to California. Upon arrival gate code did not work, called the phone number back and received a temporary code and after about 10-15 attempts was able to get the gate open. Once I got into the site, labeling is terrible on buildings so did about three laps and finally found building F where my storage was, get the the roll up door and there's a lock already on my unit I booked, once again called the company back and no help what so ever on the phone, was told there were no other available units in my size, and I would have to upgrade to a larger size or wait 48 hours for someone to come cut the lock off he supposed unit that was mine. No willingness to place me in another unit or help me store my boat until I could get back out and get into my unit. Also, looking through the site there were many many many vacant units with the doors wide open or no locks on them, I checked with the gentleman on the phone to see if I could just snag an open one and update my info into a new unit, was told they were all booked as I'm standing there staring at multiple empty units. Wasted 3 hours, fuel, all to be told basically nothing can be done even after I paid over 400$ up front. either wait days or pay for a more expensive unit. Hopefully the owner checks the reviews because the management company is killing their business. Cancelled the storage all together and waiting for refund. Avoid avoid this spot. read more
