I complained to the customer service number and sent an email to the bank manager to let him know that I didn't like being treated like a criminal and the check was easy to verify as valid. Unbelievable, made an appointment to pay off my home loan. I get in there and the loan assistant…read morecalls to get the payoff balance. She gives me a payoff balance of $380,XXX.00 on a scribbled piece of paper. I said, no that's not right. She then scribbles out a zero and then hands it back to be $38,XXX.00 and says go to the teller and she will help you pay. No apology of acknowledgement of her mistake. Then in the teller line, the couple ahead of me was trying to get a cashiers check. We waited in line for at least 10 mins, the tellers were looking around all over and even ran outside looking. I asked what was going on and they said we can't find the manager and she needs to approve their transaction. After 15-20 mins she come trotting in from her "break" while everyone was waiting in line. I was pissed, and she also was rude to me, not very apologetic either. This was the treatment I got after paying my home loan after 15 years. I will never go back there for anything. The employees are rude, clueless, and incompetent.

When I tried to go cash my check they would not let me they said that we had overdraft fees that had to be paid and that it wasn't allowing us to cash it I said that's impossible because we have the overdraft protection they said we do however if somebody tries to make a payment using my card on a third party that it would still get overdrafted that is not what I was told and when I tried to talk to them about that they completely just ignored me they would not release any of the money my husband had $101 in direct deposit going in there and it was only a $65 draft and they took the whole entire hundred and one and for pretty much Wells Fargo Bank stoled his money and I canceled my account I am complaining about them and writing a letter to Wells Fargo CEO about how his business is being ran in Eugene Oregon I think this is outrageous and I know people who have Wells Fargo who have millions of dollars and I'm going to tell them to switch Banks because Wells Fargo does not care about you at all will never use them ever again nor we fur them ever again

I went to deposit over $2,000 into my account at that bank's ATM because my usual US Bank branch was closed. While I was depositing the money, the machine shut down and rebooted on its own; I didn't get a receipt or any proof regarding my money. I asked the employee to check what had happened, and she said she would consult the manager. The manager was right there talking to another employee and wouldn't come over to check; when I went to ask him for help, he told me there was nothing he could do and that I had to call US Bank. So I said, "I *am* at US Bank--why do I have to make a call?" "Well, I'm not going to help you," he replied. I said, "I just deposited over $2,000 at your bank, and you won't help figure out what happened." "NOOOOO!" he said again. He told me he would call the police if I didn't leave, and that I should call US Bank; if they found any extra money, then I would get my money back.
