No notification. After forcing the Inn's hand they changed the accomodations closer to what they originally had been. The room we stayed in was dirty and lacking in amenities such as towels and soap. They are extremely behind on offering items such as non-allergen soaps. There were dead bugs all over the floor. The crank on the window was broken off. We received a lot of "I don't knows" from the staff. When I arrived home, I did check my credit card activity. At that point after asking them on the first night and on the last day, if any money was owed and told repeatedly that it was not, since they had made the mistake, I found they had charged us more - even though it was unauthorized. I called and have been told the last charge would be reversed. But we will see what happens. This is not a trust worthy or reliable place to visit. Watch out.

Price is competitive to mid-priced hotels, which you would have to drive 20-30 mins to Evansville for. Hope to go back with my wife sometime.

Illinois for the wine trails, House of Nahum is about 40 miles east of the wine trails, but we were able to find the place using GPS after leaving the wineries after dark without a problem.
