They are the first PT facility that specializes in Pediatric PT that accepted my insurance. I was referred to them from another PT facility. I did notice that they have an affiliation with HSS which made me happy to see. I have scheduled my sons next 12 sessions. I will be able to update this review on how the actual sessions are ran after I get a few in, but overall with first impression, cleanliness, attentive, etc... I am pleased. Stay tuned...

We actually have our Physical Therapies all scheduled with her right now too. Scheduling was pretty easy. If her schedule wasn't available, we did have the option to use someone else, but she was able to accommodate us, which was great since it's better for my son to have the same therapist. The front desk staff is very nice. When I originally called to make an appointment they were very accommodating. They collected my insurance information and got back to me right away to let me know they accepted my insurance (note: I called many facilities prior and not 1 was in network with mine and luckily they were here). I love that this facility is affiliated with HSS. The location itself is very clean and new. The stuff in the kids section isn't run down. So far I'm very happy with my sons therapy. We love Elise. She is very good with our son and has lots of patiences!! :)

It was all told a bad experience. They did a bait and switch because I made it clear before I came there that I wanted a deeper heavy metals test than what you could get anywhere and they said to come in and then they said they didn't have the tube the place is unprofessional avoid. It didn't look very clean either. They wasted my precious time!
