this dojo/school/Academy is a great place to learn martial ! He is currently friends, and I (we're all visually impaired or completely blind,), and he is taking his time with us. He is a great , he is very descriptive, and I am very happy to learn martial arts here in this , this is definitely a great school for your kids, yourself, and anybody else. I have been searching for a school for a very long time! I finally found a school where they place technique, control, and discipline as their top priority compared to power and belt rank. I started class 1 month ago and I plan on being here for years to come! if you are worried about your weight, size, or age; I am 320lbs, 30 years old, and have a bunch of injuries to work around. Great school! Honestly the best deal around for parents that work and want their children to know the joys of being a kid! They pick them up from school and make sure they do their homework. Then they offer a wide variety of classes from little dragons to jujitsu and multiple styles of martial arts! Let's be honest anything good obviously is going to come with a price tag, your parents did it for you most likely! I feel for what they offer my children I'm getting a great deal! I have them in the one place all year package. I pay one flat rate and they do a summer program five days a week and on most school holidays, which like I said is great for working parents! I have been going here since 2007 I have had a great experience, if you are looking to get rank in Judo, Tae Kwon Do, and Jiu Jitsu this is a great place to do it. The instructors and the staff have always been great to me. This is a great place to send your kids because it's not only classes but there is an after school program as well. This place is not only for kids there are adult classes right after the youth classes finish up. In conclusion my experience here has been fantastic and I am still doing it. read more

STAY AWAY!!! Mr. Warren is DANGEROUS to children!!! In February 2013, when I first approached Sean Racki, the owner of this business about getting my 2 kids in the program 3 days a week, I brought up a review I found. He claimed that the woman was blowing everything way out of proportion and that the incident did not happen. I believed him and signed my kids up. The cost was $120 per week. He convinced me to sign up for an auto-pay system because it would be cheaper. I was advised I could cancel at any time. A couple months later, my son started to complain that Mr. Warren, one of the teachers at the academy, was using his thumb to pinch a nerve in his neck while they were rough-housing around. He complained that it hurt a lot and Mr. Warren wouldn't stop doing it. I spoke with Sean about it who immediately downplayed the situation but promised he would look into it. Mr. Warren quit that behavior. I was fine with the kids staying, but kept a sharp eye on Mr. Warren when I could. Everything was fine until Summer Camp began. I decided to pull my daughter from the program and put her in another camp because of her disinterest. The total cost for just my son to attend was $100 per week. The automated payment program took payment out of my checking account a week previous to the start of camp and was still $120 instead of $100. The following week was the same thing. I spoke with Sean and Lee (the bookkeeper?) about the problem but they didn't change it. At the end of the 2nd week of camp, my son shared some disturbing news with me. Apparently during lunch that day, there was a small mess made with something they (the 4 boys involved) were sharing. Mr. Warren got angry. He made the boys do 50 pushups, go wash their hands, and then spend an HOUR in a chair. My son is only 8 years old. This was WAY overboard. I tried to speak with Sean about it and he said that he would check into it. That Sunday I remembered the review I read and decided to find it again. It was about Mr. Warren abusing an 8 year old boy for cracking his knuckles. At that point, my husband said we are pulling him out of camp. This place was too dangerous to young minds as long as Mr. Warren was there. As an aside, Mr. Warren is Lee's husband. He will never get fired. That Wednesday, my account was debited again. I tried to contact Sean and got no response. I went to my bank and put a stop payment on it. I then let Sean know that I wanted the previous weeks $120 payment refunded as my son would not be attending camp any longer. I also requested a $20 refund for the overcharge 1st week of camp, as well as a $20 refund for the second week of camp. I also requested the $100 deposit back for the sparring gear we never received. They also have my son's Daytona Lagoon pass in their possession and have not given it back. I paid $65 dollars for it. They have yet to make contact with me. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these guys. They are not what they seem. There are far superior programs out there that will be much safer for your children. read more

For someone that claims to be a business owner for the last 10 years, it sure doesn't seem like they know what they are doing. Trust the other reviews about the contracts and make sure you get your copy! By the way, the good reviews are from people that work at the school or are relatives. The money coming out of your pocket is what is important, not your child's wellbeing. Beware that the lack of supervision is huge. Anyone could walk into the school, take your child and noone would even know they were gone. Good luck if you decide to sign up, there are some great people there and then there are some not so great people there. read more

I would give 0 stars but that wasn't an option...the first review says a lot of it. No one explains anything. They have you sign a contract but never tell you anything about it. They don't tell you that it's for a year nor do they tell you that you have to buy equipment which they charge through the nose for. They claim that you HAVE to buy it from them and that it's because of the great quality. Even though you can buy Adidas and Nike equipment for a quarter of the price. They sign you up for autorenewal but never tell you. Master Racki has his own kids in the class and only do for them. Every other child is ignored, no one corrects their form and Racki is only concerned with his own children being at the front of the line "because they have a higher belt ranking" despite the fact that your child is at an equal ranking. DO NOT DO IT. Once you sign the contract, watch out they will do NOTHING to cancel even if you have valid reasons for the cancellation. Racki's own staff has left due to his lack of professionalism and his joke of a class. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
