I highly recommend anyone whether new to kickboxing or experienced to check out this gym. Coach Eddy has truly been amazing and checked up on me regularly (but not too much by any means). I mainly attended Coach Sarah's classes and she was truly soooo awesome, she always brought such great energy, I truly enjoyed taking her class!! The only reason why I had to stop was because I'm pregnant and can barely keep any food down, so it was just unsafe for me. I contacted Coach Eddy to let him know and he canceled my membership with no problem and I never got charged again. I've heard of gyms still charging after cancelation, you definitely won't get that here. Please just remember to let them know around that 30 day mark. I also want to add, that I was still working out early in my pregnancy and informed them about it. They were so great, with making sure that I had everything I needed and checking in on me to make sure that I was ok. Knockout fitness really have such a great environment and it does feel like a team and family. I can't wait to come back once it's safe for me to do so. Also, I did lose 12lbs in 2 months of training there. I'm sure it would've been more if I wasn't on soooo many hormones. Called Larry on the phone and was given a warm welcome to stop by and train. Stopped by for their 5:30pm adult BJJ class which was proceeded by their kids class. You know it's going to be amazing when you have a swarm of happy and excited kids. When Larry showed up, the kids gave swarmed him and gave him hugs and high fives. Clear and concise instructions by coach Larry, he was patient, funny and unpretentious. Down to earth and amazing happy vibes all around. Every academy should strive to be like this place.
