Entering the door we must take our winter boots off, which forces us to walk back and forth in the very puddle our boots created, because the area is so narrow. She will then order you to wash your hands, and treat you in a rude, abrupt, and condescending manner during intake. She exhibited suspicion and resentment, it seemed like, when I wanted to know about the procedure, complaining that it would take time to provide information, and she was running behind due to an elderly client. She just ordered me to get on the table...I had to ask for what, and did not even know we were going to start with needles. One the phone I had explained this was my first experience with accupuncture, and had questions about the herbal supplements I wanted to take as well. She told me to bring them with me, but never followed up with it in the office. She does not know how to create a friendly, kind, professional rapport at all. She actually reminded me of Nurse Ratchet from One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest, and had the most cold demeanor I have ever seen in healthcare. I stated I was so uncomfortable that I had to leave, and asked if I owed anything. She stated that she could not bill me because she did not perform a service. Low and behold she has attempted to bill my insurance for sitting there being rude for a few minutes! That is fraud. I do not recommend her at all. BEWARE.

I am now 72 and have gone to at least 12 Chiropractors. 3 were BAD, 6 were good, 1 was very good, and the last 2 were EXALENT and they are the first one I went to and the last one which is Orno Chiropractic. The first Chiropractor has at least retired by now. Orno Chiropractic is great. Grate front desk. Awesome doctors who adjust you from head to toe. They have exercises you can get to help yourself, the web site is informative. PAIN! If you have pain you want to get rid of it! If you have pain in your back and your doctor can't help you may have something that needs to be moved back to where it belongs. It may hurt but a Chiropractor can fix it.

I seriously doubt the Dr was trained on proper use of that actuator . No kidding - it's a BIG deal .

They tried to increase our family rates because they were giving more care but the camera told us differently. Patients allowed to urinate in the carpet in the hallways. High staff turnover rate.

Don't know what to think of this place. My Son has a mental dissability that's a bit obvious, He…read morehas had dental work prior. He came in today to have full mouth extractions , they decided to refuse Him because He wanted to be sedated and they don't sedate. He has also had a abscess tooth infection but Brandy said it wasn't acute. I've talked to several People who asked if they did blood work , I said no. They said she cannot determine the the severity without exrays and blood work. I didn't go in as I should of , it was said He tried to manipulate staff by wanting to be sedated. He wasn't combative just obviously mentally confused. Now they don't want to deal with Him unless He has a full consult and refuse to give Him antibiotics for infection. Something isn't right with this and I'm thinking mayby its a blessing in disguise. I left there confused cause He did come back in but they treated Him like He was a Alien I already mentioned He was mentally challenged ,Brandy said He was highly intelligent , not sure what that's sapose to mean either.
