That was about 7 years ago and I've been coming here every ear since. They can evaluate your eyes better than an optometrist in my opinion. This clinic is somewhat geared towards children but I don't think they will turn away adults. One caution would be that they typically use your medical insurance instead of your eye care insurance. So, you may want to check on that if having everything covered under insurance is a high priority. I know when I'm here my eyes are in good hands. Enjoy!

After 1 hour and 45 minutes have had our vision checked by an assistant but not seen the doctor at the 2 hour mark. I have to leave in 20 minutes to make MY next commitment. I'm going to need to leave without completing this visit opening up a whole can of worms with the insurance company and I'll be out my money and time for nothing. Is this a one off? Understandable things come up, but should we have been offered to reschedule an hour earlier? Need some improved scheduling or should this have been better communication with us? Leaving after 2 1/2 hours. Completely behind schedule. Her staff was pleasant and sorry for the issue but wasn't able to help us.

If we would have been told that we would be getting an email link from the beginning it would have been a little more clear as to what to expect and the part WE had to play in actually ordering them, but when you are told they sorry for not getting them ordered in the beginning we were under the impression that they would have to ordet them in the office. My past experiences with eye doctors it was always the OFFICE that ordered the contacts. We were not clearly communicated on the process. AND TO the girl who wanted to act smart and say HAPPY EASTER with attitude upon hanging up, because I called with a valid frustration keep being FAKE. (I just don't understand why they would tell her they were sorry they forgot to order the contacts in the beginning after a month passed then mid-March say they were IN only to get there, and they were a two-week sample! Then say NOTHING for another month and we have to discover that we actually have to do the ordering via an email link 3 months later. Way too much confusion and major lack communication. Good thing I already knew about it from my previous optometrist. Got my glasses; took many visits to get the fit right. Had to go in a fifth time when I noticed an abraded spot on the left lens, after 2 mo! And believe me, it wasn't through neglect. I had ordered and paid for the Crisal coating; if they used the newest high molecular density plastic lenses with that coating, they should've been nearly indestructible. As it turns out, bait and switch. Used an inferior aftermarket coating. I'm done. Oh, and it took almost a month for my glasses to come in in the first place.

I've retinopathy because diabetes type 1 and other autoimmune diseases. I ask him to sign window tint form when he came into room. He says " I don't believe in the window tinting" " if you can't see because it to bright find someone to drive you and laughs in my face mocking me. Telling me to "go con someone else" (I'm fully disabled). I called him out, like this is my life and this isnt funny to me. yes I used the F word a few times. He stepped close to me and I said "if you take a step closer I'll have no choice to treat you as a threat". He walks out of room doesn't even attempt to finish exams, and no neat glasses for me to get after this so say exam, they dilate my eyes apparently my tint on my windows was good enough. So already have eye sensitivity on top of those drops and I've to drive home. This so called Doctor doesn't care your a just a number.
