Before coming to RFC I was having serious back pain to the point that even putting pants on in the morning was very painful. I wanted to stay in bed or stay home because I knew that it would be too painful. Let me start off By saying not one day have I ever walked in without the staff being the happiest imaginable. They are genuinely good people. They truly do care about there patients from beginning when you walk in to even after you leave. When I started going to novo I had horrible shoulder pain. Saw two other chiropractors prior and no one could figure out what was wrong with me. Within 15 mins of my first visit Dr.Bailey had figured out what my issue was. She came up with a plan and her plan worked amazing. I sit here three months later able to lift 120lb dumbbells when before I could only hit 85 pound dumbbells due to the pain.
