He is an excellent mechanic working on both my 2004 pickup and my 2023 Tesla Model Y. While not only a good mechanic Brandon is a good person. He is hard working and reliable. The prices are very fair with the added convenience of coming to you. I can't say enough good things and will absolutely use him again.

I had a couple of choices. Tow it to a shop with profession mechanics or go with a moble machanic that could come to me and fix it right here. Wow! HUGE mistake for trusting this guy! He set up an appointment to be here at 1pm, he finally showed up at 6pm. I was very nice to him and asked if I could watch the fix and maybe learn something. I learned one thing as he continually disappeared to his truck to be on the phone and smoke cigarettes. I assume he was watching a U tube video on how to do the job. It was clear he had no idea what he was doing. Eventually he got so frustrated with the fix he showed his true colors. He got angry and offensive. After hours we started up the car, he used his truck to jump start the car? Why would a real machinic not have a portable tool to do that? Car started and he drove away leaving the bill. Well, a couple minutes later the car died. Called him back to access what was up because he wanted $700 hundred dollar and I am in the dark at 10 o'clock with a car that still had issues. When he arrived eventually, he was on his motorcycle with only a few tools. He tested the battery and said that was the problem. The situation got heated as I asked why would you not just simply start with the testing the battery as a first step and why not read any error codes first off as well? I obviously had plenty of time earlier to get a new one. He said that he was just hired to juar replace the part??? Awful person and extremely incompetent as a so called professional. For the love of everything that is holly, please don't even consider entering a agreement with him!!!!

We started out looking at a different vehicle, but when we departed our home on Saturday... I admit I was not shopping for a Jeep... We decided we needed to see an alternative and went to Faricy Boys where we met Patrick Schul. Let me start up front my wife hates shopping for new vehicles and hates high pressure sales. Patrick was none of those. He was a dedicated Faricy Boy salesman who understood and let the product sell itself. We were able to test drive all by ourselves a '26 Jeep Rubicon X 4x4... Super sharp vehicle. The best part was we left and there was no hassle as we wanted to test drive another vehicle. We quickly returned to Faricy where my wife dropped me off. I went in and met Patrick and we did the off road track that sits on the dealership! Very cool to see what the vehicle is capable of! Cannot say enough about Patrick and the finance department. Painless and out the door in record time.

Brought my wife's Wrangler in for service and felt they tried to take advantage of her. We have an…read moreextended warranty that covers suspension- although the parts we needed replaced (the shocks) were not covered. Fine, not their fault- the problems lie after we found out the warranty did not cover the repair. 1- They have quite a high diagnosis fee that they charge even if you get the quoted work done. I understand why this fee exists, so the shop is compensated for their time if you choose to get the work done elsewhere. I have NEVER seen a dealership still charge their diagnosis fee if you DO get the work done there. In my experience at other dealerships, that fee typically becomes waived and you just pay the actual cost of parts and labor. Charging the diagnostic fee ON TOP of parts and labor basically inflates every single job they do by the $200 or so they charge with no value added. For that reason alone, I would not take my vehicle back. In addition, my wife informed them that the shocks had already been replaced by another Jeep dealer (we recently moved) and they would not have looked into parts warranty had I not stepped in and prompted them to. They would have charged my wife the quoted full price (which was certainly an above average rate for the job). I was correct regarding the parts warranty and we ended up having the shocks replaced on parts warranty (the failed parts were only a couple months old, how about that Jeep quality)- but they still charged their bogus diagnostic on warrantied work. The service advisors were nice otherwise. But I don't trust this place or their business practices. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

The manager came out and accused me of loitering pointing to a sign I couldn't see . I'm half blind so I can't see the sign. I tried to explain it was a designated pick up area by the city. Not listening to my explanations he swore at me saying "I don't have to take up anything with the F;@$(g City. Get off the property or I'll call the police". I left and made different arrangements for a location that allows me to A- do business and B- stand or front to wait for my ride. Now they've lost more customers who I know go to this location but they've lost customers with metro mobility. My driver went into the store because he could not find me out front and the manager was up tight stating store policy is to not loiter out front. He followed the driver to his car and cussed him out with two other adults in the back seat with the IQ of ten years old seeing this shameful behavior. It gets better. I called the regional headquarters and got passed around like a basketball between three people before someone finally took my complaint down. And here's the kicker. Not one single apology - FROM ANYONE! Bottom line. Don't shop here. Look t the google reviews too There's a common theme of RUDENESS! How this place stays in business is beyond me.
