Wow. I was in a bind, and joe and team helped me out in a big way. For starters, they offer an excellent warranty on a replacement radiator. My ridgeline was in a light front end accident and cracked my radiator. Wasn't $700+ as quoted by the big players but half that. Recommend you plan to get there early. I arrived at 7am so they could look at it. Had no problems. It's a smaller shop, but don't let it deceive you. Competent and professional! These guys are super friendly and extremely professional. I brought a used radiator that I bought from a salvage yard and had it cleaned and inspected. I also learned that a radiator can be boiled in a special solution to get rid of any deposits Left Behind inside of the radiator. Ended up needing a new radiator. Called them in the morning at about 9am, they ordered a new radiator for me and was ready for install by 11am. Turned my jeep in to get the radiator replaced at 12am. 3pm my jeep was ready to go. They test the new radiator before they install it on your vehicle and run it on your vehicle for a little bit to make sure it's all good. Great customer service. Cash talks, so it's cheaper with cash. Ended up being $50 cheaper than another store I got a quote from. Will definitely bring my vehicle back here. read more

Sometimes the experience of a blown radiator can be stressful, but the guys at Potts' make it easy to get back on the road. I bought my first radiator from them in 1989, and haven't gone to anyone else since. Yes, they charge a little more if you can't pay in cash. Watching them take the time to test a brand new radiator before you even take it home is above and beyond. It's brand new, but they care enough to make sure it's sealed before sending you on you way.
