I usually don't write reviews. However, I had to make an exception with Accelerated Cleaning. I recently moved and due to some scheduling issues didn't really have the time to properly clean my old apartment. I contacted a lot of cleaning services with excellent reviews only to find them a bit cold and was quoted ridiculously expensive prices. I found Accelerated Cleaning and was a bit hesitant since they don't have many reviews even though all of them seem to be excellent 5 star reviews. Contacted them anyway and was immediately called back by Jessica. She was very helpful and understanding, answered all my questions and assured me she could have the job done on such short notice. Better yet, she quoted me a very reasonable rate for the job that was far less than what I was quoted from other cleaning services. Again, I was a bit skeptical, but decided to go with it anyway and boy was I glad I did! Jessica arrived with Kate and they both did an magnificent job cleaning the apartment. This was a really big job with lots of areas with years of neglect. Jessica and Kate cleaned every inch of the place. The appliances looked like new again. They even took the time to hand scrub away areas on the floor to make it look shiny and clean. I was really impressed with their hard work and professionalism. Accelerated Cleaning offers professional luxury cleaning at really affordable prices. Sounds like an ad, but it's true! They are a small business that actually cares about their customers and the quality of their work. That seems really rare nowadays. I highly recommend you contact them and use their services. Accelerated has cleaned for me for the last three years, first my boss's apartment and then my place. Brian is always such a pleasure to work with and he leaves my place absolutely sparkling afterwards. I can only have him come once a month, but man when I get home from work that day, it is one of the best feelings. My boyfriend and I work in film/tv, so we don't have a lot of time to devote to keeping our place up, and sometimes we don't even have time to tidy before Brian would come, but he always works with us and makes sure we got the most out of his visit. And I appreciate the flexibility too, if you need to add a deep clean or oven clean, as long as you give notice they can accommodate. In terms of pricing, I feel like its very fair, especially since Brian is usually at my place for 3-4 hours. If you are looking for a cleaning service, you have to go with Accelerated! read more

In short - my elderly mom's apartment became INFESTED with bedbugs. Jessica worked with our exterminators to assist it getting her place habitable. Wow were these guys great! I was scrambling to find a move-in/move-out cleaning service at the last minute to clean a vacant apartment I own that got rented far more quickly than I expected. I emailed about 10 services over the weekend and Accelerated responded within an hour--on a Saturday--with what ultimately turned out to be the lowest quote of the bunch. Brian (the office manager) was in touch throughout the weekend to get scheduling confirmed and then the very lovely Heather and Kate showed up right at the appointed hour. The apartment hadn't been left in the greatest condition by the previous tenant but these ladies weren't phased at all, got right to work and made everything sparkly and fresh in no time. When they were done there was no evidence of the awful grime that had accumulated around the kitchen sink, or of the grody-ness on the kitchen floor, in the cabinets, on top of the ceiling fan blades, etc., and the bathroom never looked better. They were true pros and truly lovely people to boot. It was a relatively small job but I was treated as if I were a longtime customer and friend. Brian showed up to make sure everything was going as planned. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Accelerated. Jessica sent two women who did a very thorough job on some areas. I was really pleased with the kitchen - they took care of grease and stains on the stove, etc that I've been unable to get off. And they even cleaned the fridge for an extra $15. However, when one of the women came to walk through my apartment and give me a quote, I specifically pointed out 2 problem areas that I really wanted cleaned : 1) moldy (plastic) blinds in my daughters room due to constant humidifier use and 2) the patio door which was just dirty and neglected. They didn't even touch either of these areas, which was really disappointing because we specifically talked about them, and she gave me the quote with these areas in mind. These were actually the only 2 things I pointed out, and Jessica said I should show her any problem areas that I wanted cleaned. I would have used them again if not for this big oversight ! read more
