They gave a us a quote within minutes and within a day we had their guy- Eddie- working on our walls. He worked quickly and I'm within a couple of hours and our holes were all patched and painted over. I figured he would come back to texture the walls by the end of the week. No! He came back early the next day and textured our walls where the holes were and then he was done. I couldn't believe how quickly it was all done, which I really needed because I am a teacher and this is my Spring Break! The cost was amazing too, I was expecting about $1500 at least and the company charged us only $800! I am just pleased as punch and left him a big tip for everything. Cloud Nine Construction company installed a shower in my guest bath that we have had nothing but…read moreproblems. The shower backs to my hall wood floor....within a short time I noticed bumbles appearing in my wood floor and I contacted the floor person.....bumbles in the wood is water damage!! By means of attempting several solutions to no avail, we have to totally tear down and redo after only 3 1/2 yrs. We realized the leaking has to be an issue under the floor......The pan was put in wrong, so it drained out around it in one of the corners! The Cloud Nine owner, Gilbert, refused to assist when I wanted to find out who installed the glass doors as we were trying to attempt to have more reap holes drilled thinking that might help drainage! His response, was, it's no longer under warranty! You don't care about warranty when your trying to fix a leaking problem damaging your floor. The attitude of the owner was uncooperative. Their Installation was not done correctly and has had cost & headaches to try to fix! No stars from my experience with Cloud Nine Construction!
