They gave a us a quote within minutes and within a day we had their guy- Eddie- working on our walls. He worked quickly and I'm within a couple of hours and our holes were all patched and painted over. I figured he would come back to texture the walls by the end of the week. No! He came back early the next day and textured our walls where the holes were and then he was done. I couldn't believe how quickly it was all done, which I really needed because I am a teacher and this is my Spring Break! The cost was amazing too, I was expecting about $1500 at least and the company charged us only $800! I am just pleased as punch and left him a big tip for everything. Jorge & his assistant did an amazing job! They were prompt & efficient & always cleaned up after each work day. We needed a new shower wall, tile floors, toilet & vanity installed. Also, due to the extent of the water damage we also had to replace some cabinet shelves & baseboards behind the bathroom shower. Jorge explained the process each day, and was very nice & respectful. My wife and I hired Ryan to do some small handyman type work at our home in August of 2015. He gave a written quote for the work, we approved and set up a time for him to come back. The work was to fix a broken shower faucet, re-hang a closet door and install a dishwasher bracket. Ryan's quote stated to supply and install new rollers for the closet door. To this day the faucet does not work without the assistance of a drill, the door would not stay on and he never returned to install the dishwasher bracket. My wife paid Ryan his fee after he "fixed" the faucet and hung the closet door (no new brackets). He simply bent the current rollers and hung it back up. He was paid in full as he promised to come back the next week with the dishwasher bracket. A week and a half has now passed so I text him on Sept 7th...no response, again on Sept 8th...no response...finally on Sept 9th after a third text he responds that he is out of town. I tell him no worries, we can coordinate when he gets back... Friday Sept 18, I text him asking when he will be back and also send him a picture of the door falling off again. He tells me Tuesday Sept 22nd he will be back but the door isn't his problem. Tuesday night after a no show/no call I text him. He then says he was in the hospital all day... After all of the excuses I ask him to refund part of the fee we paid him and I will hire someone else to finish the work. He then starts to drop "F-bombs" via text telling me to "back the F@!$ off" for texting him. This unstable individual also called and left me a voicemail threatening to come to my house and implying wanting to fight. RUN do not walk away from this person...hire a licensed contractor
