So when it came time to replace our driveway we got estimates from about 5 companies Accent was the lowest and we were aware of their quality of work. They completed my driveway in one day, cleaned up all the work area. When Michael came to discuss our driveway and front walkway plan to replace it with a stained and stamped concrete, he was very confident and assured us he would do an excellent job. His price was very high but we felt he would come through with the excellent job. Well, he didn't . It was a sloppy job. His crew left their footprints on the walkway and red stain splattered on the sidewalk and other areas...The stain and stamping is inconsistent. He came back once when we called him about our concerns. We thought we also had an irrigation leak under what they had done and he implied he would come back and address our problems. Most are irreversible. Part of our sprinkler system was destroyed and there is an area we can't water now without further expense. We have not heard from him after 2 months. I was very disappointed. He seemed to be a good guy but I would never, ever hire Accent Concrete for anything. read more
