I submitted an online request on June 1 for someone to contact me about a specific weed problem, because its almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone in the office. They did not call me back, but instead scheduled a weed treatment application for June 4th without telling me. Since I had not heard from them on June 3rd I called the office to cancel my service and get a refund on the pre-payment I had made for the rest of the year. During that phone call, I still wasn't told about the scheduled service for June 4th, and the service wasn't cancelled. I applied my own herbicide yesterday, and I didn't find out that they sprayed my yard today until I got home to find a notice hanging on my door. My yard has now been sprayed for weeds 3 times in 2 weeks, with grass that is already discolored and not growing from the stress of their previous products and the unusually cold spring. When contacted, I was given nothing but excuses about being short staffed. I'm glad that they do not have to pay many staff members right now, because they will never see another dime of my money in the future.
