We thought to shop local and to support our community and instead got grossly overcharged. The Fox Agency's employees were obnoxious-telling us multiple times that we could not cancel- as well as not providing us with the appropriate insurance documents to register our car which required not only multiple trips to DMV but one stay at DMV that lasted 4 hours to resolve.
