It was all good until I was passed off to an assistant who lacks the level of professionalism I expect from a Company that has; 1. Discontinued my Road Side Assistant. Even after I told them I have a small child and need it in case of an emergency. No prior notice. 2. They discontinued my Insurance Policy all together for months! No prior notice. 3. Then retro-billed all the charges they were not charging me, for the service the "accidentally discontinued... Back onto my Bill! No prior notice. ALL WITHOUT PROPER NOTICE, IF ANY AT ALL. Now my bill is larger than it's ever been and I'm feeling bless. PLUS an assistant with an attitude. Why would they make me feel like I am the problem....!?? read more
