They did an absolutely amazing job with him! They include more than a place I went previously and the cut is much more professional. I'm so pleased! He even smells amazing and his fur is incredibly soft! Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a groomer. Staff were friendly and efficient as well! Best price for what you get!

Which…read morethey don't have a self wash room however now I have two furry babies and both of them needed their nails trim on a Sunday. During COVID and every place was busy or didn't have a groomer. So googled pet places open on a Sunday to do both of their nails. I saw Pet Fair so called and they said bring them right in. So we did and haven't stopped going here. The staff is amazing and the facility was very clean and how they treat animals that are boarded there looked like an incredible stay. If we needed somewhere to board our furry babies we would chose here. Thanks!!

My cur takes a little bit of teasing of the dog treats to get her to chill out. But in my curs defense she doesn't really like her paws touched. She also microchipped my boxer. Highly recommended for those whose fur babies who have high anxiety. I would definitely trust her with my babies.

Before moving to the area, we had dog sitters and dog walkers who couldn't handle them, especially the sled dog pulling of two huskies. Morgan didn't just handle them; she loved and took care of them. We have used her for drop-ins and overnights, and I could not ask for anyone better. She communicates thoroughly and goes out of her way to make sure I don't have to worry about my babies when I'm away. Can't recommend her enough!

I used their services for about 2 years without any major problems. The text said that they didn't have a worker who could make it to the Northside anymore and that I needed to find other arrangements. Funny that my location wasn't a problem for 2 years. Anyway, I was told this on a Sunday when I relied on their services in 2 days. I was able to scramble and luckily found a trustworthy family member to take over. So I ask them to please drop my house keys off. *Frankly, I had no desire to use them anymore because they became unreliable*. I'm then told my keys were mailed to my house the day before. WHY WOULD YOU MAIL HOUSE KEYS TO THE HOUSE THEY UNLOCK?! I asked if they were mailed certified and hoped they were so I would need to be home to receive them. It's been 7 hours since I asked and no reply yet. Basic common sense, don't mail house keys to the fricking house they unlock!

So the first person I talked to never even showed up for their consultation. Then I was assigned another one, Kat. At first she was very nice and I was very comfortable for her to care for my animals. I left notes around the house for her with toys and treats that were still in toy box when I got home. And the treats were never given out. She was also suppose to bring in the mail but instead it was left in the mail box and front porch. The only thing she did was scoop the boxes and fed the cats. I had bottled water literally right next to their fountain that only 1/2 gallon was used when we ere gone for 10 days? Then I tried to text Kat and nothing and then texted and called again nothing. I was in Florida and wasn't even sure anyone was taking care of them at this point. The worse part was when I called and spoke to Amanada.SHE HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER!!! Never have I spoke to someone so rude. I wanted to know why their toys weren't put out or treats not given or the fact that there was bottled water for my cats that was never used and 2 of my Boys have problems with crystals in their urine so they can't have tap water. Thus the bottled water that was to be used. The litter boxes were just scooped and no new was put in top and there were 2 full unopened containers of litter right next to the boxes. So do yourself a favor and find someone else to care for your furry family members while you are gone out of town and not this horrible company.

Very nice lady, it was last minute for a funeral in another state. She was wonderful because I was…read moreso nervous to drop my dog off. She sent some updates during the day and my dog looked like she had a good time and she was very tired. I would recommend her. No kenneling and it's in her house. Looked clean. I would happily leave my dog there again if in the area.
