The Dr. took no responsibility for her actions, told me it was a problem with my communication (and said she never read the email), and proceeded to be contradictory in our conversation about the visit results. When I called a few days later (when I found the worms) the receptionist was GREAT when I discussed the issues. I told her I would just reschedule with the other Dr that I knew I liked. The manager called me that night and said they were ending our relationship because "we don't like the drama of your complaints" "I never said we were giving you a resolution" and "At this point, we don't care about your concerns"

When Hania visited with Theo before I made the decision to take the leap she was so impressive. She spent time to listen to my needs and really get a feel for Theo. She was to put my mind at ease about being apart for so long. Theo has seizures and is on medication and she made certain to get detailed instructions on what medication to give and when as well as what to do should he have a seizure while he was with her. The regular updates were so nice, and look at these pictures she was able to get of him. When I picked him up she was sure to go over the commands, markers, and order so that I was comfortable working with him at home. I have to admit, it took me time to catch up to Theo. He probably thought that I was never going to catch on. I simply cannot say enough good things about Hania and her training.

We decided to do the 4 week off leash training with Hania for our JoJo who is a little under 2…read moreyears old. He's a German shepherd and has had reactivity since a young age. We struggled with that and heavily with recall outside. We love to hike and camp and want him to be a part of our lives! So we knew we needed to trust him for off leash adventures we would love to take. We cannot say enough great things about Hania, who worked with our dog, JoJo. From day one, her calm, confident, and absolute understanding approach made a huge difference. JoJo struggled with recall and off-leash control, and we weren't sure we'd ever be able to trust him in those situations. But thanks to her expertise, her patience, and training techniques, JoJo has made an incredible transformation. She didn't just train JoJo though, she trained us as well She took the time to teach us how to better understand and communicate with him, helping us build a way stronger bond and give him the structure and freedom he needed to live his best life. She gave daily training updates and that gave us tremendous confidence leading up to picking him up. JoJo now listens reliably, can enjoy off-leash adventures safely, and seems genuinely happier and more confident. Hania gave us the tools to not only manage JoJo's behavior but also to enhance his overall quality of life. It's been truly life-changing for our entire family. We're beyond grateful for her work and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and compassionate dog trainer.
