Closing up an insurance…read morepolicy took months to finalize, his employees claim things are processing and yet nothing gets done. Requests for confirmation per mail or email are being ignored. When they do call you back over the phone they make unverifiable claims, and like to debate. Any typed or written confirmation is being avoided like the plague. The invoices still keep coming though. Updates do not get processed within a reasonable time-frame on statefarm.com. Maybe from one persons perspective it is partially SF's outdated agent business model, but I personally see it as an opportunity for a company to stay relevant in this day and age; by maintaining a more responsive and personal responsibility to their customers. I guess to sum it up ; If your company motto is: "Like a good neighbor StateFarm is there!!" Then, I would rather not have Zan McBride as my neighbor. ============================================== EDIT: I know the internet (Yelp) is a great place to show your discontent.
