They will cheerfully serve you only as long as you remain claim-free. These folks make car salesman look absolutely righteous with regards to truthfulness. Then we started running into issues with our agent. Promises made and not met. Rarely following through. I threatened to quit and was promised he would do better. He didn't. In fact he tried to upsell me afterward. To add insult to injury we received a letter each month for a year saying we havebt paid and our policy would be canceled. we told our agent as we always paid on time and were assured it was a system thing and nothing could be done, ignore it. We did. we have since moved and changed insurance and are still receiving those. When we got new insurance we were initially denied home insurance due to opening too many claims in one period. We were surprised. It turns out our agent opened three claims, one I don't remember at all, two more when I just called asking for advice due to POSSIBLE damage. Without diacussion he opened those claims. Unacceptable and frankly inept. Find another company because these guys are a mess.
