And it was great to see them finally arrive. I see that Penny posted a reply to my review.. I appreciate the response. Potential and current clients can gain a ton of insight into what the problem is from your response and make better decisions as a result. So, thank you for that. As far as becoming a client again with SF? Well, I still am a client and will be on other policies. But, as for auto and renters or homeowners? I'm not sure. I have since been able to find better coverage, lower deductibles, more payouts and added coverage than my SF policies for lower premiums. Which is something that at my last renewal according to you SF just could not do because of inflation costs of accident claims and losses in the millions to SF across the country because of paid out claims and rising costs. All of which is not my problem being an excellent driver and being able to adequately manage my own finances even in these difficult times. I am glad to have the reimbursements for monies I was rightfully and patiently waiting for. It's truly a shame that it took this long to put a period at the end of the sentence in this situation though. Perhaps SF corporate can learn from experiences you may share with them about this situation and improve their relationship with their clients. Of which without them they would be nothing.

One employee in the office would always mess up my insurance no matter how many times I would ask for anyone else but that employee. Somehow this office had my SF account when another agent left, and I wasn't given an option. I was often told, "We can't just take you from him" when i asked what to do. His office needs an overhaul and better training, at the very least. His workers are why customers are leaving.

I called and was told he could not give me a quote unless I had the exact address. I had the address except the apartment number. That was not good enough. He refused to give me the quote without an apartment number. Street address was not good enough. I was told it was a PAIN for them to have to add it later to the policy. Remember, this is just a quote. What happened to good ol' customer service? I told him he was a PAIN! Addendum: I was able to go to his website, type in a random address, without an apartment #, and get an estimate/range for that specific street address. Funny how computers have no bias!
