Access garage door is a premium service. Amanda, who takes calls for the company is sweet and professional. My garage door stopped working just before a weekend, and Amanda asked me if it would be OK if they came Monday to look at it, no charge. It turned out to be a GFI outlet in my garage. Once the GFI was reset the door resumed operation. They told me there would be no charge for this call. I asked him if they would replace the weatherstripping on my garage door. After the job, I researched typical costs and found that the price I was charged was well above the normal range for this type of repair. The final bill was not itemized, and the reasoning behind the fee was not clearly communicated. While the work itself was satisfactory, the lack of transparency in pricing left me disappointed, and I wouldn't use this company again. read more

The technician Scott Shamuluas, was so helpful! He checked all component parts of both garage doors and made suggestions of how to maintain the doors to keep them working properly. We purchased a 34 year old home last year, complete with the original, heavy, wood garage door that was sagging and showing its age. As with many companies, supply chain continues to be an issue. Thankfully, we were content with a basic model and color. It was installed a week ago and we're very pleased with the service and quality of installation. Fast forward to this week where we had a "meh, life happens" moment and wrecked our newly installed door. We called yesterday to confess our mea culpa and we had a tech arrive today. We thought for sure we were going to have to get a new door. Nope. In less than 30 minutes, he had everything square and true again; it operates perfectly. New rule: don't touch anything in the car until we're clear of the garage door. Also, huge shout out to Access Doors! The extra trip today was no additional charge to us. Had a belt failure of a 20 year old garage door opener and the manufacture provide us with a new belt under a life time warranty. We called Access Garage to have the belt installed which was handled by Matt their technician . Matt did a great job. Our garage door had a roller pop out and a cord break. I called Access Garage Door and the lady who answered, who was kind and understanding, said she would get someone out to our house right away. Tylor was very nice when quoting the job; like 3 months ago; unfortunately nobody followed up. They said their framing guy was supposed to come in 2 weeks later; I am still waiting!!! and when I call the main office, the lady says they will call, and asks for my number for like the 47th time. and nobody has the courtesy to say that they won't do the job. I don't recommend you wasting your time. Why quote a job and then never even call the person back? read more
