Then I was seen immediately, by the owner Byron Robertson: Board certified-HIS. After some preliminary questions were asked. He proceeded to do a physical exam of the external ear canal; then into the "box" where bilateral earbuds were used to test the range and decibel levels were checked. Afterward a bone conductivity test was administered. It all went very smoothly and professionally. There's no high pressure sales; to get a hearing aid if you don't need it or feel it's time.
