Being 1500 miles away, and never having been a landlord, needed a professional team to handle every aspect of the day to day operations. We are so thankful for Kathy, Tom and the team at Ryntal. Over the last two years they not only smoothly handle advertising, screening prospective tenants, collecting rent, paying bills, coordinating trades for repairs and guiding us through a couple of rough spots - they have been kind, generous. and there with us every step of the way. Despite a solid lease (signed and initialed) and organized process, one of our short term tenants violated several lease terms, damaged our property and then sued us to get their full security deposit back! Florida law favors the tenant, so we got screwed in the end, but Ryntal was terrific in supporting us through the process. The negative reviews seem to be from tenants, rather than the owners whom they represent. And after three sets of tenants (our current tenants are true gems) we can definitely state that weaseling out of clearly defined responsibilities (re-key fee, professional clean, removing left behind garbage & furniture, replacing light bulbs, broken toilet seats to name a few) is a tenant specially. I reported possible mold in my unit, and it took 45 days for them to finally send someone out to test it. Then they sent false mold results. Took over a month to get the actually lab results. I was ultimately forced to move because of the mold and unsafe living conditions. On top of that, they hit me with random charges after I left, with little to no explanation. This company does not prioritize tenant health or safety -- they care about making money. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here.

Mgmt is regularly sending out threatening and/or scolding texts, reminding tenants of endless rules, such as NOTHING, not even curtains on the patio. They have no respect for privacy. They are always snooping. During one of the many "inspections" Misha entered my apt and immediately began screaming at me for having up patio shades. I had a west facing patio. They are insane. And good luck getting ahold of anyone from Baron. Lol. It wont happen. The nightmare doesn't end when you move out either, they try to defraud tenants by strapping them w $1000 charges upon leaving. They did this to myself as well as some other tenants who also left around the same time I did. When I asked for the reason for the charges, I was given small, grainy pics of cobwebs, stickers, a plain wall, etc., and a toilet that was trash when moved in. No joke. When I asked for an itemized list of charges related to the pics I was given, crickets. When I told them the toilet looked like that when I moved in, crickets. They literally cannot substantiate the charges and didn't even try to, but they keep sending emails to pay. I am SO much happier after leaving. I could go on but yeah. This is your sign. Go anywhere else. All the nearby places are so much better.
