When you complain about the termites they send pest control to fill in holes with pesticide and completely ignore the obvious structural damage to the apartment. Then the termites come back OBVIOUSLY because the pesticide is not solving the deep rooted issue, and then they have pest control come again and it's just a vicious cycle of the infestation not being solved. The entire kitchen area was INFESTED with termites. My washer could not be balanced and would literally shake, thrash around, and show an error code I couldn't even use my washer because the floor was so unstable and hollowed from termite damage. The week I moved in an apartment in another building CAUGHT ON FIRE and i'm sure the termite damage added fuel to that. The property management literally left the apartment AS IS with burnt debris EVERYWHERE and only started repairing it when I moved, a year and a half later LOL. This place should be shut down for safety violations. Don't believe me? Look at the attached photos, termite dropping and LIVE TERMITES. Yes those are LIVE TERMITES on the stove. Disgusting
