This is a continuous issue I've heard about from other patients I've spoken to. When I called the emergency line at 7am and spoke to one of the doctors, he instructed me to bring my mother into the office at 8:30 that morning to be seen due to her pain level and symptoms post-op. We arrived and they refused to check us in. They said she had to wait until the next week for her scheduled appointment and when I said the doctor specifically told me to arrive they stopped speaking to me. We were eventually seen, but upon check out the receptionist refused to accept a copy of my health care power of attorney for her file, wouldn't make eye contact with me or speak audibly, barely answered my questions and got visibly upset that she had to reschedule a follow up appointment for us. The following week when I needed a prescription refill I called 4 times over the course of 2 days and did not receive a call back. I happened to be in the plaza for a PT appointment next door so I went in to ask if I could get a refill for my mom. The 2 receptionists seated on the right side clearly were whispering and rolling their eyes at me. They wouldn't speak to me but we're definitely speaking about me. The woman that helped me on the left side (Flora) was polite and ultimately resolved the issue so I was able to pick up a refill. This office would be a good option if they had more pleasant front office staff. Once she heals, I will not be bringing my mother back to this location. Additionally, the sidewalk in front of the office entrance is basically loose rubble. Very dangerous for orthopedic patients to walk on.

Maintenance tries to keep up with the most urgent repairs, but it's a fools errand. It's also in need of a deep clean. The outside area also looks broken down. All you see are dead shrubbery and dirt. Staff: B- This is a real mixed bag. Like many facilities, they are chronically understaffed. That's inflamed by habitual calling out at the last minute. Some aides and nurses are very good, others not so much. Relations between the staff is internecine, with constant bickering and undermining of each other. At the root of this is that many of the aides are young and unprofessional. Many have commented that they've never seen such a bad facility. Therapy: A This is the one bright spot. I can't say enough about the therapists. I wouldn't have made it through if it weren't for them. It's also amazing how they work in a small, cramped space. Much therapy takes place in the hallway. Administration/Company: F This is where the problems begin. Everything else is fruit of the poisonous tree. Beyond the incompetence of the administrator, the primary issue is how cheap they are. Whether it's low staff pay, poor supplies (they constantly run out of things because they aren't willing to pay for extra resources so outages don't occur every week. The parent company is being investigated by the AG for misappropriation covid funds. Food Service: D Yet another casualty of their miserly policies. The food is of a poor quality and repetitious. They run on a two week cycle, which for longer term residents means a nonstop barrage of the same bad food. The menu is primarily made up of ground beef, chicken and pasta. The vegetables are mostly inedible due to the poor preparation (simultaneously overcooked and cold). They have very few sugar free options and offer very little fresh produce. The staff is barely competent. At least 2 or 3 items are left off the tray. Like all other departments, there is a litany of excuses that are offered. Avg Grade: D+

My father was in his diaper for 6 hours while I begged the nurses to change it, but due to his broken hip it took two people and none were available. His bell was on the table several days. His morning medication was given several times at lunch. The administrator listened to my concerns but nothing changed. When I found a new facility for my father the paperwork was delayed. During the waiting time he fell and died a few days later. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!

She has given me several exercises while at the center and a worksheet to follow so I can continue doing them at home. I feel confident in her abilities in helping. But beyond that, the place itself is very welcoming and friendly. I love to hear the laughter and banter that goes on between the staff with their clients and with each other. The seem to all genuinely like their jobs and each other! I will continue to use them until I no longer need their help.

I went once after having total right knee replacement. No parking available, had to be let out in…read morethe parking lot and make my way through the cars with a walker. First thing I notice was that the AC wasn't working correctly, so it sounded like a 747 engine in the place. Did not care for the attitude of the PT. This was 4 day after surgery, he asked me how I thought I was doing, and I said, "pretty good for being 4 days out." His reply was, "Well that's your opinion." Knew this was headed for disaster. Moving along, I was on the table were he processed to lift my right knee up and asked him, please be easy. He lift my leg super high up and I let out a scream, his comment was, "My we are vocal."
