Ten days later -- after repeated follow-ups on my part -- I was finally told I'd be responsible for my co-pay plus balance. When I checked directly with my insurance carrier, I learned MOST is out of network. This should have been communicated from the very beginning. Instead, I lost 10 days waiting in pain for treatment I couldn't even receive under my plan. Patients deserve honesty and transparency about insurance coverage up front. Very disappointed.

New patients have to come on Saturday basically any time but that's the only day. The doctor is also the physical therapist and there's one girl at the front desk. The inside is pretty roomy, and they got a few TVs and a bathroom the parking lot is very small and there's several other businesses that share the same parking lot.

Patti, Toni, Lorraine, Michael, Mitch didn't let me slip and forget how strong I was and they allowed me to work to where I needed to be at my pace but they also pushed me on my down days because they knew I had in it me. Craig Squire always says, "It's OK if it hurts you some when you're doing it, but don't push it so hard that it still hurts you tomorrow." Adjusting your pace is a cooperative effort with him. It doesn't seem right to call this place an "office", because that sounds cold and official. Craig's place is warm and friendly, relaxed, and yet he has his eye on what you're doing all the time, giving instructions and making sure you're doing the exercises correctly. A good measurement of this is that the atmosphere is almost like a visit with friends at the gym. The clients talk to each other pleasantly and enjoy being there, at the same time that they're getting helped.

Although I didn't like that all his rooms didn't have any privacy curtains or even doors for that matter, I knew this therapist was just right and could put a fresh spin on curing the disease so I could get to be as mobile as I was before.
