Stay away from this SCAM company! They have hidden charges that they don't tell you about in advance. Cancelling the subscription is really difficult and there is no proration! They'll charge you for the entire billing cycle (28 days) even though they'll tell you that there is 14 days notice period. I made a mistake of setting automatic payments and that's when all the hidden charges come into play. AVOID at any cost! I would rate a ZERO if I could. In 18 months of paying $220 a month (because they keep jacking up the fees, started at $170) they've had a : *FLOOD- wrecked half my stuff. Moved me into a new unit but didn't help at all. They were rude and lackadaisical about it! *BREAK IN- I mean right into my unit. Stole practically half of the rest of my stuff that wasn't ruined in the flood. *NO AIR CON/HEAT I would never go back. Hope you don't trust them with your valuables. read more

After numerous issues with your automatic payments System and being charged with overdue payments at the expense of your staffs incompetence in updating my payment information , after filling out the payment information in store as well as on line , after NOT getting returned calls from the regional district manager Richard , and a ing to deal with a case manager who agreed and proved that I was right about the situation I was still charged over due fees , I decided enough is enough and to take my stuff to uhaul instead. Instead of having your district manager listen instead of try and defend the staff that was incompetent ( a staff memeber who no longer works there , I'm assuming for their incompetence) he refused to credit the overdue charge , so instead of waiving a $15 overdue charge I took my stuff to uhaul and now you won't be getting my $360 a month payment . As a long standing customer who paid $350 for two years straight you'd rather steal $15 more dollars from me instead of apologizing for your mistakes and making it right . As a business owner of two businesses here in town , I am appalled at how this was handled , the customer service I received in this situation was absolutely terrible, no attamepts to make it right no attempts to fix the problem no attempt to keep me as a customer and the fact that your regional manager declined to call me back on 3 occasions, that's the worst service I've ever experienced, to have a manger ignore the calls of an unhappy customer !! Unbelievably terrible experience with you guys. But , your the largest storage company there is , some one else with take my spot and the cycle will continue . I used this storage place when I was moving , since then I have only had issues accessing my unit and because of that I had to pay for another month , everytime me or my wife could get down there to pay there is no one in the office and I sign say you will have to come back , now it has gone into another month , my wife finally got a hold of someone and made a deal we would pay the one month on the Friday and have all stuff out by sunday , my wife went there on the Friday and the person that was there would not allow it and said we had to pay both months and penaltys or no access , the other person that was working with us now is no where to be found and you can call and email and no one get back to you , another week and it will be another month , I do not recommend using this storage place it would be safer in a cardboard box on the street corner read more
